If you are not entirely happy with the product, you can exchange for another product or a full refund
I would prefer customers to collect, so they can see the product before buying or I can deliver within a 5 miles radius of Cardiff FOC if the order value is £30 or over.
I will consider posting, but only if I can assure myself that the product will not get damaged.
